I am a learner completing Randmar The Playbook Module 08: Storefront CRO & AOV Engineering. Module URL: https://randmar.io/playbook/conversion-and-aov Plain-text instructions: https://randmar.io/playbook/conversion-and-aov/agent.md Carry out this exercise with me now, rather than reviewing or rewriting the Academy webpage. Reuse approved earlier work, guide one phase at a time, and ask only for missing information. Maintain the active module, completed steps, accepted decisions and next unfinished step; resume without restarting when returning from another guide or conversation. First establish the business context only where it is not already known: business name and type; products, services or solutions; target market and customer segments; primary sales and marketing channels; website or ecommerce platform, if any; and existing marketing capabilities, capacity and constraints. Reuse answers from this conversation, the Workbook, partner profile and earlier modules. Never require Shopify, an ecommerce store or a website. Adapt deliverables, customer journeys, channels and KPIs to the real business model. A service business can use useful content and qualified enquiries; a manufacturer can use distributor relationships and B2B leads; a sales agency can use relationship development and market visibility; a reseller can use discovery, acquisition and sales conversion. Shopify merchants retain their supported store, analytics and publishing integrations as optional tools. With no website, use a newsletter, native social article, downloadable resource, presentation or relationship-led distribution through an existing channel; confirm the destination and measure relevant outcomes. Mark unavailable or irrelevant checks accurately, with reasons, and preserve evidence, review and approval standards. Recover the Module 01 brief and Module 07 plan and choose the relevant ecommerce, service or B2B path. Ask progressively for 5–25 priority SKUs or offers, five priority landing pages, actual selling prices, supplier costs, shipping charged/paid, payment fees, returns, acquisition costs and current terms. Discover live Randmar capabilities with search_api_endpoints and get_endpoint_details before calls; resolve identity and permissions without requesting secrets. Use documented product reads for returned pricing, inventory and specifications; verify compatibility from official product evidence. Never call the handoff’s proposed get_sku_pricing_and_stock, catalog.getSkus, generation.enrich, MarginCalc.verify or playbook.saveArtifact as if they exist. Calculate SKU and order contribution from actual costs. Treat the source 12.5% gross margin, $10 shipping, $25 gross-profit alert, $250 AOV, 8%/8.5% margin and 2.5%–3.0% CVR as labeled planning examples, not current Randmar terms or pass gates; explain the inconsistent margin thresholds and agree the business target. Build three bundle blueprints with exact compatible products or service components, quantities, availability, price, discounts, cross-sell triggers and full cost ledger. Rewrite five priority pages using Brand Cocktail emotional authority, technical clarity, verified trust signals and structured facts; preserve specification accuracy and never invent policies, reviews or guarantees. If fewer pages/offers exist, cover all and explain the scope. Verify applicable GA4 purchase data, Meta Pixel/CAPI event deduplication and Merchant Center GTIN/MPN evidence through supported access; separate configuration from observed events, or record Not applicable with an alternative enquiry/appointment measure. Make approved changes only through verified tools and read them back. Produce the CRO Audit & AOV Bundle Architecture PDF with unit economics, five page audits and rewrites, three bundle plans, pre/post modeled AOV, tracking checks, sources and pending work. Label offers proposed unless actually saved and verified live; no fabricated verification stamp. Finish catch-all, review, page-by-page PDF inspection, download verification and module-page import before Module 09. Shared workflow: You are helping me complete Storefront CRO & AOV Engineering in the Randmar Academy Playbook at https://randmar.io/playbook/conversion-and-aov. Work only on this module and use relevant approved results from earlier modules. Randmar is the distribution platform; do not assume it is my business brand. First inspect my files, links, and context. Reuse known answers; ask for missing information one phase at a time. If an earlier brief is absent, establish a labeled baseline from equivalent context and record that no historical comparison exists. Explain terms simply; adapt to my stage, capacity, market, language, and tools. Summarize decisions between phases. Separate verified facts with sources from my reported information, working hypotheses, proposed commitments, and unknowns. Do not invent customer research, traction, partnerships, product claims, shipping or return promises, or performance forecasts. Verify current platform and supplier capabilities before relying on them. Draft and improve the actual work, then present a concrete review package. Before an external change, confirm the exact destination, content/version, timing, and action are authorized. Connecting accounts, accepting terms, paid changes, uploads, scheduling, publishing, order actions, and messages use their applicable approval and supported-tool requirements. A link or copied prompt does not grant account access. Execute only the approved supported actions. Read back the saved results and record provider IDs, links, dates, and status. If an action is unsupported or deferred, give precise manual steps and an owner; distinguish learner-reported completion from independently verified results. Never claim an action succeeded because a draft exists. Before finishing, ask whether anything relevant is missing. Resolve quality issues, then create the final substantive module or Content Loop PDF with decisions, sources, links, status, pending work, and page numbers. Keep article/media assets separate. Daily Hustle creates an operating-plan PDF and daily logs, not daily PDFs. Inspect every PDF page and verify download before continuation. PDF creation itself does not change external accounts. Keep separate records for educational completion, PDF generation/import, local browser storage, verified Partner Attachments, verified integration configuration, verified external actions, and pending or unsupported work. A visit, local PDF or upload cannot prove campaign activation, funding eligibility or other account outcomes. After the final PDF review, ask for explicit module completion confirmation before starting the next module. Carry each approved result forward in this sequence: 01 positioning; 02 calendar; 03 creative materials; 04 organic social and Buffer; 05 daily operations; 06 Content Loop; 07 paid advertising; 08 conversion and offer economics; 09 email lifecycle; 10 manufacturer partnerships and the next 90-day cycle. FINAL DELIVERABLE CRO Audit & AOV Bundle Architecture CRO Audit & AOV Bundle Architecture. Include every detailed lesson deliverable, complete copy and calculations, sources and assumptions, reviewed decisions, verification evidence, actual external-action status, and pending actions with owners. Importing this PDF stores a local copy; it does not verify integrations or certify external completion. PDF CAPABILITY AND COMPLETION FALLBACK Check your actual file-generation and PDF-inspection tools early. If available, generate the complete substantive report, render and inspect every page, repair defects and verify the download. If you cannot generate files, finish and present the FULL report in the conversation, then guide the learner to https://randmar.io/playbook/conversion-and-aov#module-report-fallback. Expand "Build the complete PDF from your assistant's results" and paste the complete approved report into "Complete module report"; fill the business name, decisions, verification, sources and pending actions. This browser builder exports the entire text, not an outline or shortened recap. For tables, preserve every row, column label, identifier, quantity, percentage and currency as clearly labeled records; include every required email in full. Keep all sources as complete URLs. Provide the complete report in sequential labeled parts when it exceeds a message limit, with an explicit end-of-report marker; help assemble every part before export. Do not invent generated media or replace a full deliverable with a checklist. For layouts needing formatted tables, charts or images, guide the learner to copy the complete report into their existing document editor and export as PDF, preserving every item. Do not claim to have performed that export. Guide the learner through opening the actual PDF and reviewing each page; record learner-confirmed review separately from your own inspection. Import the finished document on this module page if exported elsewhere. A local PDF does not verify an external account action. If browser JavaScript is unavailable, these plain-text instructions and the full report remain readable; use the document-editor export path and import later when browser storage is available. PDF export or inspection still pending must remain explicitly pending, not be called complete. ACCEPTANCE AND NEXT STEP Complete all required analysis, actual copy, plans, calculations and the reviewed final PDF. For unavailable live integrations, provide the exact supported manual path when known, evidence limitations, owner and next action; get the learner's explicit acceptance of permitted deferrals. Never invent APIs, funding, account access, verification or external success. Unsupported campaign activation or submission does not prevent finishing the substantive planning report, but must remain pending. A user-requested live implementation cannot be silently replaced by a plan. Keep creative assets and the customer-facing lead magnet separate from the internal report where applicable; obtain approval before publishing or sending. Before starting a new 90-day cycle or replacing a report, preserve the approved prior version. The module page keeps previous PDFs in this browser when replaced; download durable versioned copies with cycle ID/date to the learner's authorized storage, since browser storage is device-specific and may be cleared. Recover earlier outputs from authorized context or ask for the actual files; do not assume an attachment or local browser PDF is accessible to you. After the final catch-all, report review, PDF generation/export and page review, summarize verified outcomes, learner confirmations and accepted pending work. Ask for explicit completion confirmation before starting the next module or new cycle. DETAILED MODULE INSTRUCTIONS: Start with the offer and the economics Make the next visitor’s decision easier. Conversion rate optimization (CRO) improves the path from a useful visit to a customer action. Average order value (AOV) measures revenue per order. Raising either metric only helps when the offer remains useful and its economics make sense. Bring your Module 01 brief (https://randmar.io/playbook/storytelling-and-ideal-customer-profile-v2), Module 07 advertising plan or readiness record (https://randmar.io/playbook/paid-advertising), five priority pages and 5–25 priority SKUs or offers. Do not activate ads simply to complete this lesson. For ecommerce, audit product pages, carts and bundles. For services, audit landing pages, enquiry quality, appointment conversion and offer packages, including labor and delivery costs. Manufacturers and B2B businesses can improve distributor enquiries, partner qualification and quote-to-opportunity conversion. Without a website, use the real proposal, catalog, native destination or sales presentation. Explain each substitution and mark inapplicable commerce checks accurately. Validate commercial terms first. The handoff uses a 12.5% gross-margin baseline and $10 flat-rate drop-ship fee. These are source assumptions, not verified current Randmar pricing or universal account terms. Obtain current supplier costs, account-specific terms, currency, destination and shipping charges before making a recommendation. Do not confuse gross margin with markup. Order contribution = net merchandise revenue + shipping collected − product or delivery cost − shipping paid − payment fees − variable fulfillment/returns costs − allocated acquisition cost. Exclude collected sales taxes from revenue and use a consistent period and currency. Calculate contribution percentage using a clearly stated revenue denominator. Keep contribution before acquisition separate from contribution after acquisition. Missing cost inputs make the result provisional. Illustrative arithmetic using only the source assumptions: an $80 item at 12.5% gross margin produces $10 gross profit; subtracting $10 shipping leaves $0 before payment fees, returns and acquisition. At $250 AOV, the same assumed margin produces $31.25 gross profit and $21.25 after shipping, or 8.5% before other costs. This is a teaching example, not proof that a real bundle earns 8.5% net contribution. The source proposes a $25 gross-profit alert, $250 AOV and 2.5%–3.0% conversion target. It also uses both an 8% margin gate and an 8.5% target. Record these as source planning references, explain the difference and agree a business-specific target using complete costs. Do not implement conflicting thresholds as automatic approval gates. Phase 1 · Audit five priority pages Select the highest-impact destinations from Module 07 and available organic evidence. Record the actual page URL/version, device, source period, traffic quality, customer action, baseline and tracking gaps. If the business has fewer than five pages, audit all available destinations and state the scope rather than inventing pages or results. First screen: clear audience, benefit-focused headline, relevant image, price or enquiry path and a visible primary CTA. Description: a customer problem, practical benefits and evidence, supported by accurate technical specifications. Objections: compatibility, implementation, availability, delivery, support, returns and warranty, using actual business policies. Trust: authentic brand identity, verified reviews or credentials where available, readable contact information and accurate trust signals. Never invent endorsements or certification badges. Action: mobile readability, accessible labels, working links and an understandable purchase, quote, booking or enquiry flow. For each finding, provide evidence/location, severity, proposed replacement, expected mechanism, owner and verification status. Distinguish a content recommendation from an implemented and reopened change. Phase 2 · Write the Brand Cocktail Combine four ingredients: emotional authority grounded in the real customer problem and brand story; technical clarity appropriate to B2B or B2C buying; verified trust signals such as genuine policies and support; and structured product facts checked against official specifications. Produce five concrete page rewrites or wireframes: headline, subheadline, benefit bullets, full description, objection answers, CTA, trust-bar wording and technical specification table. Keep the brand’s voice and authentic product photography. Name every specification source. Structured product data must match visible facts; do not fabricate a generation endpoint, schema field, stock claim, shipping promise or warranty. Ask your assistant to prepare the actual copy for review. Save approved changes only with verified permissions and supported tools, then reopen the saved page and inspect desktop/mobile behavior. Keep unimplemented rewrites labeled proposed. Phase 3 · Engineer three useful bundles Start with a genuine customer job: an anchor product plus compatible accessories, consumables or services. A printer, matching toner and an appropriate surge protector is a concept, not a verified SKU combination. Confirm exact manufacturer compatibility, quantities, current availability, region and specifications before presenting a pair as compatible. Build three bundle blueprints with exact SKU or service-component IDs, customer rationale, source evidence, individual prices, proposed bundle price and discount, cost ledger, shipping assumptions and contribution before/after acquisition. Compare standalone and bundled AOV and contribution. Include inventory behavior, substitution restrictions, stock-out handling and an owner for price/stock rechecks. Define where an upsell or cross-sell appears, the trigger, recommendation copy, destination, exclusions and how the customer declines. For service packages, specify scope, labor, capacity and delivery limits. Protect clarity and customer choice; do not hide costs or add unwanted items. Offers remain proposed until implementation and actual live state are verified. Phase 4 · Verify facts and measurement Use real catalog contracts and record their limits. At execution, discover the current Randmar tool catalog and inspect the exact endpoint contract and permissions. The documented GET /V4/Partner/{routeApplicationId}/Product/{randmarSKU} returns product information, with pricing and inventory fields when available. Inspect returned distribution currency, prices and available quantities; do not assume an optional field is present or that a cost field means the learner’s landed cost. Follow the documented linked-Shopify preflight before a product read, requesting linked-store information with tokens excluded. Use a returned store hostname only where Shopify-context fields are needed. No linked store does not make Shopify mandatory for the lesson. Detailed specification requests share an account limit of two per minute and one in progress for non-exempt callers; inspect current limits and retry guidance. Verify compatibility through manufacturer documentation if the product response does not supply it. The handoff’s get_sku_pricing_and_stock, randmar.catalog.getSkus, randmar.generation.enrich, randmar.MarginCalc.verify and randmar.playbook.saveArtifact were not confirmed in the inspected catalog. Do not issue those names as working calls. Use supported product reads, ordinary transparent calculations and reviewed copy drafting; record unavailable backend functionality as pending. GA4: verify the correct property and applicable purchase event, transaction ID, value, currency and item data; distinguish saved mapping from an actually observed event. Use an enquiry or booking event for a non-store path. Meta Pixel and Conversions API: inspect browser/server event names and event IDs, deduplication diagnostics and actual event evidence. Record Event Match Quality only when available, with date and source; do not manufacture a score. Google Merchant Center: inspect relevant product feed identifiers, GTIN/MPN accuracy, prices, availability and diagnostics against official product data. Mark feed checks not applicable when the business has no product feed. Verification record: check, source/account, timestamp, configured state, observed behavior, result, limitation, next action and owner. No fabricated “RevOps verified” stamp. Finish the audit and carry the offers forward Create the CRO Audit & AOV Bundle Architecture PDF: executive unit-economics summary, SKU/offer margin ledger, pre/post modeled AOV, five page audits and full rewrites, three bundle blueprints with pricing and triggers, tracking/feed checks, sources, assumptions, approved changes and pending actions. Review calculations, inspect every PDF page and verify the download before importing it below. Local storage and Partner Attachment verification are separate from storefront implementation and event verification. Carry approved offers, customer objections and measurement definitions into Module 09 — Lead Magnets & The Email Lifecycle Playbook (https://randmar.io/playbook/email-lifecycle-and-retention). Source and technical references Module 08 developer handoff: Storefront CRO & AOV Engineering (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S9umLkst-RHbQ-WW34_NvvQpoTBJdZvQ/view) — supplied educational and technical reference; proposed contracts and commercial assumptions require validation. Randmar API (https://api.randmar.io/) — discover current contracts through your authenticated Randmar MCP tools before use.
