I am a learner completing Randmar The Playbook Module 09: Lead Magnets & The Email Lifecycle Playbook. Module URL: https://randmar.io/playbook/email-lifecycle-and-retention Plain-text instructions: https://randmar.io/playbook/email-lifecycle-and-retention/agent.md Carry out this exercise with me now, rather than reviewing or rewriting the Academy webpage. Reuse approved earlier work, guide one phase at a time, and ask only for missing information. Maintain the active module, completed steps, accepted decisions and next unfinished step; resume without restarting when returning from another guide or conversation. First establish the business context only where it is not already known: business name and type; products, services or solutions; target market and customer segments; primary sales and marketing channels; website or ecommerce platform, if any; and existing marketing capabilities, capacity and constraints. Reuse answers from this conversation, the Workbook, partner profile and earlier modules. Never require Shopify, an ecommerce store or a website. Adapt deliverables, customer journeys, channels and KPIs to the real business model. A service business can use useful content and qualified enquiries; a manufacturer can use distributor relationships and B2B leads; a sales agency can use relationship development and market visibility; a reseller can use discovery, acquisition and sales conversion. Shopify merchants retain their supported store, analytics and publishing integrations as optional tools. With no website, use a newsletter, native social article, downloadable resource, presentation or relationship-led distribution through an existing channel; confirm the destination and measure relevant outcomes. Mark unavailable or irrelevant checks accurately, with reasons, and preserve evidence, review and approval standards. Recover approved Modules 01, 03, 06, 07 and 08 outputs, current email assets and prior setup before asking for missing goals, business model, platform, consent evidence, domain access, audience and capacity. First author the actual lead magnet from a customer problem and approved Content Loop material, with useful complete content and source links; write form, landing-page, delivery and optional pop-up copy. Treat 5% opt-in and 8-second/exit-intent triggers as test ideas, not required results. Second write all ten emails: W1–W3 welcome, A1–A3 cart/checkout recovery or enquiry follow-up, R1–R2 replenishment or post-engagement follow-up, and B1–B2 win-back. Every email needs subject, preview text, complete body, one CTA, destination, personalization defaults, trigger/delay, segment, exclusions and exit condition. Use the Module 03 brand story and Module 08 offers. Adapt to services and B2B without inventing a cart; include post-purchase/onboarding guidance and keep marketing separate from transactional messages. Third build a hardware-to-consumable matrix from verified manufacturer compatibility and current SKU evidence; treat 30/60/90-day intervals as hypotheses adjusted to usage and yield. No consumable-lifecycle endpoint was confirmed; do not fabricate it or depletion dates. Fourth discover actual Klaviyo, Shopify Email, HubSpot or Omnisend capabilities, authentication and permissions. Validate the provider-specific template syntax, SPF/DKIM/DMARC evidence, consent source/time/scope, unsubscribe and suppression behavior, event/flow mappings and preview where accessible. Keep external campaigns inactive until explicitly authorized for the exact activation; never send test emails without authorization. Check current applicable consent requirements from official sources at execution; do not call a checkbox legal proof. Fifth model 12-month repeat revenue and contribution CLV, CAC and repeat purchase rate with stated cohorts, costs and assumptions. Treat 3:1 CLV:CAC as a planning benchmark, not a guarantee or proof of zero retention costs. Produce the complete Email Lifecycle Playbook & Lead Capture Setup Record PDF including the full lead magnet, ten-email deck, capture plan, trigger matrix, segmentation, measurement, technical verification and pending owners. Distinguish draft, saved inactive, verified live and untested execution. Inspect every PDF page and verify download, then import and review through the module page before Module 10. Shared workflow: You are helping me complete Lead Magnets & The Email Lifecycle Playbook in the Randmar Academy Playbook at https://randmar.io/playbook/email-lifecycle-and-retention. Work only on this module and use relevant approved results from earlier modules. Randmar is the distribution platform; do not assume it is my business brand. First inspect my files, links, and context. Reuse known answers; ask for missing information one phase at a time. If an earlier brief is absent, establish a labeled baseline from equivalent context and record that no historical comparison exists. Explain terms simply; adapt to my stage, capacity, market, language, and tools. Summarize decisions between phases. Separate verified facts with sources from my reported information, working hypotheses, proposed commitments, and unknowns. Do not invent customer research, traction, partnerships, product claims, shipping or return promises, or performance forecasts. Verify current platform and supplier capabilities before relying on them. Draft and improve the actual work, then present a concrete review package. Before an external change, confirm the exact destination, content/version, timing, and action are authorized. Connecting accounts, accepting terms, paid changes, uploads, scheduling, publishing, order actions, and messages use their applicable approval and supported-tool requirements. A link or copied prompt does not grant account access. Execute only the approved supported actions. Read back the saved results and record provider IDs, links, dates, and status. If an action is unsupported or deferred, give precise manual steps and an owner; distinguish learner-reported completion from independently verified results. Never claim an action succeeded because a draft exists. Before finishing, ask whether anything relevant is missing. Resolve quality issues, then create the final substantive module or Content Loop PDF with decisions, sources, links, status, pending work, and page numbers. Keep article/media assets separate. Daily Hustle creates an operating-plan PDF and daily logs, not daily PDFs. Inspect every PDF page and verify download before continuation. PDF creation itself does not change external accounts. Keep separate records for educational completion, PDF generation/import, local browser storage, verified Partner Attachments, verified integration configuration, verified external actions, and pending or unsupported work. A visit, local PDF or upload cannot prove campaign activation, funding eligibility or other account outcomes. After the final PDF review, ask for explicit module completion confirmation before starting the next module. Carry each approved result forward in this sequence: 01 positioning; 02 calendar; 03 creative materials; 04 organic social and Buffer; 05 daily operations; 06 Content Loop; 07 paid advertising; 08 conversion and offer economics; 09 email lifecycle; 10 manufacturer partnerships and the next 90-day cycle. FINAL DELIVERABLE Email Lifecycle Playbook & Lead Capture Setup Record Email Lifecycle Playbook & Lead Capture Setup Record. Include every detailed lesson deliverable, complete copy and calculations, sources and assumptions, reviewed decisions, verification evidence, actual external-action status, and pending actions with owners. Importing this PDF stores a local copy; it does not verify integrations or certify external completion. PDF CAPABILITY AND COMPLETION FALLBACK Check your actual file-generation and PDF-inspection tools early. If available, generate the complete substantive report, render and inspect every page, repair defects and verify the download. If you cannot generate files, finish and present the FULL report in the conversation, then guide the learner to https://randmar.io/playbook/email-lifecycle-and-retention#module-report-fallback. Expand "Build the complete PDF from your assistant's results" and paste the complete approved report into "Complete module report"; fill the business name, decisions, verification, sources and pending actions. This browser builder exports the entire text, not an outline or shortened recap. For tables, preserve every row, column label, identifier, quantity, percentage and currency as clearly labeled records; include every required email in full. Keep all sources as complete URLs. Provide the complete report in sequential labeled parts when it exceeds a message limit, with an explicit end-of-report marker; help assemble every part before export. Do not invent generated media or replace a full deliverable with a checklist. For layouts needing formatted tables, charts or images, guide the learner to copy the complete report into their existing document editor and export as PDF, preserving every item. Do not claim to have performed that export. Guide the learner through opening the actual PDF and reviewing each page; record learner-confirmed review separately from your own inspection. Import the finished document on this module page if exported elsewhere. A local PDF does not verify an external account action. If browser JavaScript is unavailable, these plain-text instructions and the full report remain readable; use the document-editor export path and import later when browser storage is available. PDF export or inspection still pending must remain explicitly pending, not be called complete. ACCEPTANCE AND NEXT STEP Complete all required analysis, actual copy, plans, calculations and the reviewed final PDF. For unavailable live integrations, provide the exact supported manual path when known, evidence limitations, owner and next action; get the learner's explicit acceptance of permitted deferrals. Never invent APIs, funding, account access, verification or external success. Unsupported campaign activation or submission does not prevent finishing the substantive planning report, but must remain pending. A user-requested live implementation cannot be silently replaced by a plan. Keep creative assets and the customer-facing lead magnet separate from the internal report where applicable; obtain approval before publishing or sending. Before starting a new 90-day cycle or replacing a report, preserve the approved prior version. The module page keeps previous PDFs in this browser when replaced; download durable versioned copies with cycle ID/date to the learner's authorized storage, since browser storage is device-specific and may be cleared. Recover earlier outputs from authorized context or ask for the actual files; do not assume an attachment or local browser PDF is accessible to you. After the final catch-all, report review, PDF generation/export and page review, summarize verified outcomes, learner confirmations and accepted pending work. Ask for explicit completion confirmation before starting the next module or new cycle. DETAILED MODULE INSTRUCTIONS: Phase 1 · Create something worth subscribing for A lead magnet helps a specific customer make a useful decision. Begin with the Module 01 ICP (https://randmar.io/playbook/storytelling-and-ideal-customer-profile-v2), Module 03 brand story (https://randmar.io/playbook/marketing-materials), Module 06 content (https://randmar.io/playbook/content-loop), Module 07 traffic plan (https://randmar.io/playbook/paid-advertising) and Module 08 offers (https://randmar.io/playbook/conversion-and-aov). Reuse approved material and previously answered questions. Ask only for missing audience, goal, platform, consent evidence and capacity. Choose a buyer guide, checklist, compatibility matrix, educational resource or B2B qualification guide that solves a real customer problem. Write the complete resource, including examples, source links, limitations and a relevant next action. A title and outline alone are not the lead magnet. For a service business, a preparation checklist or decision guide can support a qualified enquiry; for a manufacturer or sales agency, a partner-readiness resource can support relationship development. A store or website is optional. Use the customer’s own questions and verified product or service facts. A printer-and-consumable buyer matrix is useful only when its compatibility and claims are checked. Preserve the approved brand voice without inventing expertise, reviews or guarantees. Phase 2 · Design the capture and delivery path Prepare actual landing-page headline, benefit copy, form labels, CTA, delivery message and thank-you state. Ask only for fields needed for delivery and agreed qualification. Record where data goes, its purpose, access, retention approach and suppression handling. Keep consent and requested resource delivery distinct where appropriate; do not assume downloading a guide authorizes every future marketing channel. Optional exit-intent and eight-second timed pop-ups are source test ideas. Assess device support, accessibility, customer interruption and frequency controls before choosing a trigger. The source’s 5% opt-in rate is a planning hypothesis, not an acceptance gate or promised result. Define opt-in rate as valid new opt-ins divided by eligible form exposures over the same period, and report repeat visitors, bots, small samples and attribution gaps. Use current official requirements for the learner’s audience and jurisdiction at execution, including applicable CASL or GDPR consent and data handling. Record the consent source, timestamp, scope and evidence; include clear sender identity, contact information and unsubscribe behavior where required. A checked form control alone does not prove compliance. Optional SMS needs its own verified consent and confirmation path; the handoff’s double-opt-in wording is a reference to validate with the actual provider and market. Without a website, use an appropriate supported hosted form, native destination or reviewed manual resource-delivery path. Keep unavailable capture automation pending with an owner rather than forcing a new store. Phase 3 · Write the complete ten-email deck Every email needs a selected subject line, preview text, complete body, one primary CTA with a real destination, sender, personalization fields with safe defaults, trigger, delay, segment, exclusions and exit condition. Validate template syntax against the actual provider; Liquid tags are not universal across Klaviyo, Shopify Email, HubSpot and Omnisend. Preview every selected message with representative data. W1 · Deliver and orient: deliver the promised resource, explain its use and set expectations. W2 · Teach and build trust: use the approved Module 03 brand story and a useful example relevant to the ICP. W3 · Help the next decision: answer an objection and invite a suitable purchase, enquiry, meeting or partner conversation. A1 · Resume: help a customer recover a cart/checkout or resume an unfinished enquiry, without assuming why they stopped. A2 · Resolve friction: address a real compatibility, scope, support or delivery question. A3 · Offer a final useful path: present a suitable Module 08 offer or assistance. Use only approved incentives and real availability; no invented urgency. R1 · Support use and replenishment: provide post-purchase guidance and a verified consumable recommendation or service follow-up. R2 · Check the next need: offer a timely replenishment, maintenance, onboarding or post-engagement check based on relevant evidence. B1 · Reconnect: ask whether the customer’s needs have changed and provide a useful reason to return. B2 · Offer a choice: propose a relevant next action or preference update and respect disengagement and suppression. Adapt the three recovery emails to qualified enquiry or appointment follow-up for services and B2B. Keep post-purchase/onboarding guidance in the plan; do not duplicate or alter transactional order messages merely to fill a marketing slot. Label transactional and marketing purposes separately. Ten written messages do not imply ten authorized sends. Build the automation map For each sequence, specify the event or segment that admits someone, delay/timezone, conditions, consent and suppression rules, purchases or replies that exit the sequence, frequency limits, owner and success signal. Confirm actual provider events such as Placed Order or Started Checkout through supported access rather than assuming those exact names exist everywhere. Prevent recovery emails after purchase and conflicting win-back or replenishment sequences. Phase 4 · Map replenishment and lifetime value Create a hardware-to-consumable trigger matrix: parent SKU, exact compatible consumable SKU, manufacturer source, yield or usage basis, stock/pricing check date, proposed interval, recommendation message, exclusions and verification state. The handoff suggests Day 30, Day 60 and Day 90; those are hypotheses to adjust for real usage and purchase history. A page yield does not establish an exact depletion date. No dedicated consumable-lifecycle endpoint was confirmed in the inspected Randmar catalog. Use documented product reads and official compatibility evidence where available, or request the missing evidence. For service or B2B relationships, map an appropriate follow-up milestone, renewal or maintenance need instead of inventing a consumable. CAC = acquisition costs ÷ newly acquired customers. Define the included costs and cohort. Repeat purchase rate = customers with repeat purchases ÷ customers in the defined eligible cohort. Use a consistent observation window. Separate observed 12-month customer revenue from modeled lifetime revenue and contribution CLV; include product/service delivery, fulfillment, retention and other relevant costs in contribution estimates. Build a transparent 12-month model using AOV, expected order frequency, retention, costs and CAC, with a conservative case and declared uncertainty. The source’s 3:1 CLV-to-CAC ratio is a planning benchmark, not a guarantee. State whether CLV means revenue or contribution before calculating the ratio. Retention and email have costs; do not promise “zero additional CAC” or free repeat revenue. If CAC is zero, unknown or based on no acquired customers, explain why the ratio cannot be meaningfully computed. Phase 5 · Verify the setup you actually have Discover available tools, account identity, permissions and provider capabilities before offering automated actions. Klaviyo, Shopify Email, HubSpot and Omnisend are possible platforms, not integrations automatically connected by this website. Keep credentials out of prompts, PDFs, browser storage and logs. Authentication and deliverability: inspect actual SPF, DKIM and DMARC evidence and the provider’s domain-verification state, with source and date. DNS configuration does not guarantee inbox placement. Unavailable DNS access remains unverified. Consent and suppression: verify the intended opt-in path, unsubscribe behavior, segmentation, recipient exclusions and the provider’s actual enforcement. Confirm current official legal and provider requirements. Capture and events: inspect form destination, lead-magnet delivery, event payload mapping, timing, deduplication where relevant and sequence exit logic. Saved implementation: reopen actual saved messages and flows; verify content, destinations, personalization defaults and desktop/mobile previews where supported. Activation and runtime: keep drafts inactive until explicit authorization for the exact external campaign activation. Authorize test sends separately. Record saved inactive, verified live and observed execution as different states. The handoff’s proposed randmar.catalog.getConsumables, randmar.clv.simulateRatio, randmar.crm.verifyDnsAndFlows and randmar.playbook.saveArtifact were not confirmed. Do not report a simulated verification result or four live flows without actual evidence. Where setup is unavailable, finish the substantive copy and plan and document exact pending steps, affected behavior and owners. Finish your lifecycle playbook Create the Email Lifecycle Playbook & Lead Capture Setup Record PDF with the complete lead magnet, form/landing-page and optional pop-up copy, all ten full emails, automation and compatibility matrices, segmentation, lifecycle metrics, 12-month model, consent/deliverability evidence, approved implementation state and pending setup. Include post-purchase guidance and any SMS scope without making SMS mandatory. Review, inspect every page and verify the download before importing it below. Bring real lead-generation and retention evidence into Module 10 — Manufacturer Opportunities & MDF Scaling (https://randmar.io/playbook/manufacturer-opportunities-and-mdf). A generated or saved PDF does not establish that an external campaign is active. Source and technical references Module 09 developer handoff: Lead Magnets & The Email Lifecycle Playbook (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vnHIc_NKw6hwHy-wGi6IjGiaxEwCdhCH/view) — includes the Dabe & Gislain Emails Playbook and Shopify CEO framework references; request the underlying materials if needed, rather than inventing their contents.
