I am a learner completing Randmar The Playbook Module 10: Manufacturer Opportunities & MDF Scaling. Module URL: https://randmar.io/playbook/manufacturer-opportunities-and-mdf Plain-text instructions: https://randmar.io/playbook/manufacturer-opportunities-and-mdf/agent.md Carry out this exercise with me now, rather than reviewing or rewriting the Academy webpage. Reuse approved earlier work, guide one phase at a time, and ask only for missing information. Maintain the active module, completed steps, accepted decisions and next unfinished step; resume without restarting when returning from another guide or conversation. First establish the business context only where it is not already known: business name and type; products, services or solutions; target market and customer segments; primary sales and marketing channels; website or ecommerce platform, if any; and existing marketing capabilities, capacity and constraints. Reuse answers from this conversation, the Workbook, partner profile and earlier modules. Never require Shopify, an ecommerce store or a website. Adapt deliverables, customer journeys, channels and KPIs to the real business model. A service business can use useful content and qualified enquiries; a manufacturer can use distributor relationships and B2B leads; a sales agency can use relationship development and market visibility; a reseller can use discovery, acquisition and sales conversion. Shopify merchants retain their supported store, analytics and publishing integrations as optional tools. With no website, use a newsletter, native social article, downloadable resource, presentation or relationship-led distribution through an existing channel; confirm the destination and measure relevant outcomes. Mark unavailable or irrelevant checks accurately, with reasons, and preserve evidence, review and approval standards. Recover available approved outputs from Modules 01–09 and dated Daily Hustle logs; do not require Shopify or fabricate missing results. Ask progressively for target manufacturers or relevant commercial partners, reporting window, evidence access and priorities. Build an execution scorecard with artifact version/link, approval, local PDF status, account attachment verification, actual actions, source period, owner and gaps for every prior module. Do not infer completion from visits, imports or attachment hashes. Separate reported evidence from independently verified execution; no cryptographic timestamp claim without an actual trusted service. Inspect the Partner profile and relevant Handbook lessons and discover current Randmar capabilities. The documented reseller Opportunities list and detail routes return bids/special pricing, not proof of active MDF pools; check current written eligibility, dates, qualification requirements, funding terms, claim deadlines and actual manufacturer approval separately. Never use proposed playbook.getScorecard, handbook.matchPrograms, simulator.getMonteCarlo or opportunities.submitPitch calls unless a current contract is found. Evaluate fit and gaps; if no verified program exists, produce a clearly labeled exploratory partnership proposal rather than inventing funding. Draft the manufacturer-facing pitch with objective, brand/SKU alignment, measured results, campaign, requested and partner-funded budget, eligible costs, deliverables, evidence and measurement plan. Treat the source +3%–5% rebate as an unconfirmed scenario only. Use an existing verified simulator export where available; otherwise show labeled low/base/high scenarios with inputs, uncertainty and with/without funding contribution. Use P10/P50/P90 only with an actual documented probability model; projections are never guaranteed unit volumes. Record approval, reimbursement timing, cash-flow exposure and no-funding fallback. Obtain explicit authorization before external submission, messages or uploads, verify any actual submitted state and never auto-unlock eligibility. Finish with next-cycle ICP/SKU priorities, goals, owners and 30/60/90-day reviews, and a return to Module 01 at https://randmar.io/playbook/storytelling-and-ideal-customer-profile-v2. Produce and inspect the MDF Pitch Deck & 90-Day Partnership Scaling Dossier PDF including the scorecard, evidence, opportunity evaluation, complete pitch, financial assumptions and next-cycle plan. Verify the download and guide local import/review. Ask for explicit completion confirmation before starting a new cycle. Shared workflow: You are helping me complete Manufacturer Opportunities & MDF Scaling in the Randmar Academy Playbook at https://randmar.io/playbook/manufacturer-opportunities-and-mdf. Work only on this module and use relevant approved results from earlier modules. Randmar is the distribution platform; do not assume it is my business brand. First inspect my files, links, and context. Reuse known answers; ask for missing information one phase at a time. If an earlier brief is absent, establish a labeled baseline from equivalent context and record that no historical comparison exists. Explain terms simply; adapt to my stage, capacity, market, language, and tools. Summarize decisions between phases. Separate verified facts with sources from my reported information, working hypotheses, proposed commitments, and unknowns. Do not invent customer research, traction, partnerships, product claims, shipping or return promises, or performance forecasts. Verify current platform and supplier capabilities before relying on them. Draft and improve the actual work, then present a concrete review package. Before an external change, confirm the exact destination, content/version, timing, and action are authorized. Connecting accounts, accepting terms, paid changes, uploads, scheduling, publishing, order actions, and messages use their applicable approval and supported-tool requirements. A link or copied prompt does not grant account access. Execute only the approved supported actions. Read back the saved results and record provider IDs, links, dates, and status. If an action is unsupported or deferred, give precise manual steps and an owner; distinguish learner-reported completion from independently verified results. Never claim an action succeeded because a draft exists. Before finishing, ask whether anything relevant is missing. Resolve quality issues, then create the final substantive module or Content Loop PDF with decisions, sources, links, status, pending work, and page numbers. Keep article/media assets separate. Daily Hustle creates an operating-plan PDF and daily logs, not daily PDFs. Inspect every PDF page and verify download before continuation. PDF creation itself does not change external accounts. Keep separate records for educational completion, PDF generation/import, local browser storage, verified Partner Attachments, verified integration configuration, verified external actions, and pending or unsupported work. A visit, local PDF or upload cannot prove campaign activation, funding eligibility or other account outcomes. After the final PDF review, ask for explicit module completion confirmation before starting the next module. Carry each approved result forward in this sequence: 01 positioning; 02 calendar; 03 creative materials; 04 organic social and Buffer; 05 daily operations; 06 Content Loop; 07 paid advertising; 08 conversion and offer economics; 09 email lifecycle; 10 manufacturer partnerships and the next 90-day cycle. FINAL DELIVERABLE MDF Pitch Deck & 90-Day Partnership Scaling Dossier MDF Pitch Deck & 90-Day Partnership Scaling Dossier. Include every detailed lesson deliverable, complete copy and calculations, sources and assumptions, reviewed decisions, verification evidence, actual external-action status, and pending actions with owners. Importing this PDF stores a local copy; it does not verify integrations or certify external completion. PDF CAPABILITY AND COMPLETION FALLBACK Check your actual file-generation and PDF-inspection tools early. If available, generate the complete substantive report, render and inspect every page, repair defects and verify the download. If you cannot generate files, finish and present the FULL report in the conversation, then guide the learner to https://randmar.io/playbook/manufacturer-opportunities-and-mdf#module-report-fallback. Expand "Build the complete PDF from your assistant's results" and paste the complete approved report into "Complete module report"; fill the business name, decisions, verification, sources and pending actions. This browser builder exports the entire text, not an outline or shortened recap. For tables, preserve every row, column label, identifier, quantity, percentage and currency as clearly labeled records; include every required email in full. Keep all sources as complete URLs. Provide the complete report in sequential labeled parts when it exceeds a message limit, with an explicit end-of-report marker; help assemble every part before export. Do not invent generated media or replace a full deliverable with a checklist. For layouts needing formatted tables, charts or images, guide the learner to copy the complete report into their existing document editor and export as PDF, preserving every item. Do not claim to have performed that export. Guide the learner through opening the actual PDF and reviewing each page; record learner-confirmed review separately from your own inspection. Import the finished document on this module page if exported elsewhere. A local PDF does not verify an external account action. If browser JavaScript is unavailable, these plain-text instructions and the full report remain readable; use the document-editor export path and import later when browser storage is available. PDF export or inspection still pending must remain explicitly pending, not be called complete. ACCEPTANCE AND NEXT STEP Complete all required analysis, actual copy, plans, calculations and the reviewed final PDF. For unavailable live integrations, provide the exact supported manual path when known, evidence limitations, owner and next action; get the learner's explicit acceptance of permitted deferrals. Never invent APIs, funding, account access, verification or external success. Unsupported campaign activation or submission does not prevent finishing the substantive planning report, but must remain pending. A user-requested live implementation cannot be silently replaced by a plan. Keep creative assets and the customer-facing lead magnet separate from the internal report where applicable; obtain approval before publishing or sending. Before starting a new 90-day cycle or replacing a report, preserve the approved prior version. The module page keeps previous PDFs in this browser when replaced; download durable versioned copies with cycle ID/date to the learner's authorized storage, since browser storage is device-specific and may be cleared. Recover earlier outputs from authorized context or ask for the actual files; do not assume an attachment or local browser PDF is accessible to you. After the final catch-all, report review, PDF generation/export and page review, summarize verified outcomes, learner confirmations and accepted pending work. Ask for explicit completion confirmation before starting the next module or new cycle. DETAILED MODULE INSTRUCTIONS: Phase 1 · Build an honest execution scorecard The final module connects your marketing work to a credible commercial partnership proposal. Recover approved outputs from Modules 01–09, current Partner profile information and your Daily Hustle logs. Use dated evidence rather than replacing missing results with optimistic projections. A new business can present research, completed assets and a validation plan while clearly stating that performance evidence is limited. 01 · Positioning: approved Manufacturer Partnership Brief, ICP, differentiation and partnership thesis. 02 · Calendar: editorial priorities, planned versus completed work and capacity. 03 · Materials: actual approved marketing assets, source rights and readiness. 04 · Organic social: selected channels, verified setup and meaningful audience results. 05 · Daily Hustle: dated activity, execution consistency, decisions and unresolved blockers. 06 · Content Loop: publication evidence, cycle reports, audit results and publishing velocity. 07 · Advertising: actual campaign state, spend, attributed results, CAC/ROAS definitions and limitations. 08 · Conversion and offers: observed conversion, AOV, contribution, implemented bundles and proposed improvements. 09 · Lifecycle: lead capture, consent evidence, email state, repeat business and observed versus modeled CLV:CAC. For every module, record artifact version/link, review/approval, educational status, local PDF status, verified Partner Attachment if any, actual external actions, source period, verification date and owner. Imported documents are learner-provided evidence. Neither a page visit, a file hash nor a local PDF proves external execution or funding eligibility. Do not claim cryptographic timestamps unless a real trusted service produced them. Build a brand-specific channel and SKU traction report with impressions, clicks, qualified enquiries, conversion and repeat-purchase signals where available. State denominators, attribution windows, sample size and source gaps. For services, agencies or businesses without manufacturer relationships, use real commercial partners and relevant pipeline measures. Do not invent a manufacturer relationship to satisfy the format. Phase 2 · Match the business to documented opportunities Review the existing Handbook (https://randmar.io/handbook): building opportunities (https://randmar.io/handbook/build-opportunities), qualification programs (https://randmar.io/handbook/qualification-program) and joint launches (https://randmar.io/handbook/joint-launches) explain the manufacturer side of the relationship. A lesson describes a workflow; it is not proof that a particular program or MDF allocation is open today. Compare target manufacturers, products and markets with current written eligibility, qualification requirements, geography, program dates, eligible activities, evidence requirements, funding limits, claim deadlines and approval authority. Market Development Funds (MDF) and cooperative marketing can support an agreed campaign, but availability, reimbursement and approval depend on the actual program. Use supported Randmar reads where authorized. The documented GET /V4/Reseller/{routeResellerId}/Opportunities lists bids and special pricing. The detail route GET /V4/Reseller/{routeResellerId}/Opportunity/{manufacturerId}/{bidNumber} provides one specific bid. These contracts do not establish a searchable pool of MDF budgets or automatic marketing qualification. Match returned manufacturer IDs, SKUs, dates and conditions; verify any funding separately with current official program evidence. Manufacturer-side qualification operations require the appropriate role and target identity; a reseller must not assume permission to grant its own qualification. Preserve private Partner information and use approved public profile fields or authorized evidence in the proposal. No program match should imply acceptance. Opportunity evaluation record Manufacturer/program, official source and check date, eligibility, business alignment, required evidence, published funding/terms, gaps, decision and next action. If no active program is verified, prepare an exploratory partnership proposal labeled accordingly. Never invent rebates, open funding pools or an available budget. Phase 3 · Prepare the manufacturer-facing pitch Draft the actual proposal: partnership objective, ICP and market fit, manufacturer/product alignment, measured execution, proposed campaign, channel and creative plan, deliverables, responsible owners, dates, requested MDF amount, partner contribution and measurement framework. Link the relevant approved assets rather than dumping private operating records into the pitch. Provide a line-item budget separating media, production, labor and other eligible or unconfirmed costs. Explain who pays first, any preapproval or reimbursement dependency, proof-of-performance requirements, reporting cadence and claim deadline. Distinguish requested, approved, committed and received funds. A saved proposal is not a submitted or accepted application. The source illustrates a +3%–5% backend rebate. Use it only as an explicitly unconfirmed scenario if relevant; it is not a published offer or guaranteed margin improvement. Check the actual program’s treatment of discounts, rebates, taxes, claims and timing before using them in economics. Model the proposal without promising the outcome. Reuse an existing supported simulator or documented learner export where available. Show assumptions for traffic, conversion, AOV or deal value, repeat business, product/service costs, shipping, media, retention and proposed co-funding. Compare with-funding and no-funding contribution, cash-flow exposure and a workable fallback if the request is declined. If no verified simulator is available, create labeled low/base/high scenarios with transparent formulas and sensitivity to the most uncertain inputs. P10, P50 and P90 describe percentiles from an actual documented probability model; do not rename three guesses as Monte Carlo results. Record the model version, distributions, dependencies, sample method and limitations when a real simulation is used. Revenue, margin and unit volumes are projections, never guarantees. Phase 4 · Review and submit only when authorized Present the complete pitch and dossier for review, including the exact recipient or portal, final version, requested amount, attachments, terms and intended action. Obtain explicit authorization before any external submission, message or upload. Inspect the current supported integration contract before using it; account access does not authorize a submission. The handoff’s proposed randmar.playbook.getExecutionScorecard, randmar.playbook.getScorecard, randmar.handbook.listActiveOpportunities, randmar.handbook.matchPrograms, randmar.simulator.getMonteCarlo and randmar.opportunities.submitPitch were not confirmed in the inspected catalog. Do not simulate those calls, fabricated artifact hashes, portal acceptance or automatic Cycle 2 unlocking. When submission is unsupported, keep a complete reviewable proposal and give the verified manual path, owner and pending status. For an actual supported submission, read back the provider result and record the real identifier, timestamp, destination and state. A successful upload is separate from application submission, manufacturer approval and payment. Reconcile uncertain outcomes before retrying to avoid duplicates. Phase 5 · Plan the next 90 days Review what worked, what remains uncertain and what the business can sustain. Update goals, ICP assumptions, manufacturer or partner priorities, SKU/offer focus, creative hypotheses and operating capacity. Set owners and 30-, 60- and 90-day review points for the next calendar, Content Loop, advertising, conversion and retention experiments. Preserve this cycle’s evidence and approved artifacts as a versioned history. The next cycle refines the existing foundation rather than erasing prior results. Bring the reviewed priorities back to Module 01 — Storytelling & Ideal Customer Profile v2 (https://randmar.io/playbook/storytelling-and-ideal-customer-profile-v2) after explicitly confirming completion of this module. Your capstone deliverable Create the MDF Pitch Deck & 90-Day Partnership Scaling Dossier PDF with the execution scorecard, brand/channel/SKU traction report, manufacturer alignment, opportunity evaluation, complete pitch, budget and financial assumptions, scenarios, approval/submission state and next-cycle roadmap. Include sources, verification dates, limitations and pending owners. Inspect every page and verify the download before importing it below.
