I am a learner completing Randmar The Playbook Module 07: Paid Advertising. Module URL: https://randmar.io/playbook/paid-advertising Plain-text instructions: https://randmar.io/playbook/paid-advertising/agent.md Carry out this exercise with me now, rather than reviewing or rewriting the Academy webpage. Reuse approved earlier work, guide one phase at a time, and ask only for missing information. Maintain the active module, completed steps, accepted decisions and next unfinished step; resume without restarting when returning from another guide or conversation. First establish the business context only where it is not already known: business name and type; products, services or solutions; target market and customer segments; primary sales and marketing channels; website or ecommerce platform, if any; and existing marketing capabilities, capacity and constraints. Reuse answers from this conversation, the Workbook, partner profile and earlier modules. Never require Shopify, an ecommerce store or a website. Adapt deliverables, customer journeys, channels and KPIs to the real business model. A service business can use useful content and qualified enquiries; a manufacturer can use distributor relationships and B2B leads; a sales agency can use relationship development and market visibility; a reseller can use discovery, acquisition and sales conversion. Shopify merchants retain their supported store, analytics and publishing integrations as optional tools. With no website, use a newsletter, native social article, downloadable resource, presentation or relationship-led distribution through an existing channel; confirm the destination and measure relevant outcomes. Mark unavailable or irrelevant checks accurately, with reasons, and preserve evidence, review and approval standards. Work in five phases. First recover approved Modules 01, 03, 04 and 06 outputs and any existing campaign records; ask only for missing objective, audience, offer, destination, capacity, unit economics and acceptable loss. Decide whether to advertise now, run a bounded test, or defer with a readiness plan. Second compare appropriate channels by customer intent, geography, business model, actual availability, destination and permissions; build a named campaign/ad-group/ad structure and audience exclusions, without forcing all eight platforms. Third adapt proven organic messages and authentic assets into concrete hook/body/CTA variations, scripts, visual briefs and a creative testing matrix; follow the selected platform guide and preserve its complete SOPs. Fourth agree daily/lifetime limits, currency, duration, stop-loss, CAC and contribution model. Map conversion events, UTM conventions, consent, analytics access and any Pixel/CAPI deduplication checks. Verify supported tools and account identity before any operation. Fifth define hypotheses, one-variable tests, review windows, sample limitations and keep/change/stop decisions. Prepare a launch review with the exact account, assets, destination, timing and maximum spend. Obtain explicit authorization before activating ads, spending or changing live campaigns. Verify readback and actual platform state; a creative pack or draft is not a live campaign. If unsupported, give exact manual steps and an owner. Finish with the complete Paid Advertising Strategy & Campaign Execution Plan PDF, including full campaign assets, budget scenarios, tracking evidence, experiments and launch status. Inspect every page, verify the download, then guide import, review and browser saving on this module page before Module 08. Shared workflow: You are helping me complete Paid Advertising in the Randmar Academy Playbook at https://randmar.io/playbook/paid-advertising. Work only on this module and use relevant approved results from earlier modules. Randmar is the distribution platform; do not assume it is my business brand. First inspect my files, links, and context. Reuse known answers; ask for missing information one phase at a time. If an earlier brief is absent, establish a labeled baseline from equivalent context and record that no historical comparison exists. Explain terms simply; adapt to my stage, capacity, market, language, and tools. Summarize decisions between phases. Separate verified facts with sources from my reported information, working hypotheses, proposed commitments, and unknowns. Do not invent customer research, traction, partnerships, product claims, shipping or return promises, or performance forecasts. Verify current platform and supplier capabilities before relying on them. Draft and improve the actual work, then present a concrete review package. Before an external change, confirm the exact destination, content/version, timing, and action are authorized. Connecting accounts, accepting terms, paid changes, uploads, scheduling, publishing, order actions, and messages use their applicable approval and supported-tool requirements. A link or copied prompt does not grant account access. Execute only the approved supported actions. Read back the saved results and record provider IDs, links, dates, and status. If an action is unsupported or deferred, give precise manual steps and an owner; distinguish learner-reported completion from independently verified results. Never claim an action succeeded because a draft exists. Before finishing, ask whether anything relevant is missing. Resolve quality issues, then create the final substantive module or Content Loop PDF with decisions, sources, links, status, pending work, and page numbers. Keep article/media assets separate. Daily Hustle creates an operating-plan PDF and daily logs, not daily PDFs. Inspect every PDF page and verify download before continuation. PDF creation itself does not change external accounts. Keep separate records for educational completion, PDF generation/import, local browser storage, verified Partner Attachments, verified integration configuration, verified external actions, and pending or unsupported work. A visit, local PDF or upload cannot prove campaign activation, funding eligibility or other account outcomes. After the final PDF review, ask for explicit module completion confirmation before starting the next module. Carry each approved result forward in this sequence: 01 positioning; 02 calendar; 03 creative materials; 04 organic social and Buffer; 05 daily operations; 06 Content Loop; 07 paid advertising; 08 conversion and offer economics; 09 email lifecycle; 10 manufacturer partnerships and the next 90-day cycle. ADVERTISING PLATFORM GUIDE DIRECTORY Choose only the platform that fits the approved strategy. Fetch its complete agent version before using its specifications; do not infer the SOP from a card. If browsing is unavailable, ask the learner to paste that agent version. Record the platform exercise as a child task, then resume this Module 07 workflow. A platform creative package alone does not complete Module 07. Include every detailed lesson deliverable, complete copy and calculations, sources and assumptions, reviewed decisions, verification evidence, actual external-action status, and pending actions with owners. Importing this PDF stores a local copy; it does not verify integrations or certify external completion. PDF CAPABILITY AND COMPLETION FALLBACK Check your actual file-generation and PDF-inspection tools early. If available, generate the complete substantive report, render and inspect every page, repair defects and verify the download. If you cannot generate files, finish and present the FULL report in the conversation, then guide the learner to https://randmar.io/playbook/paid-advertising#module-report-fallback. Expand "Build the complete PDF from your assistant's results" and paste the complete approved report into "Complete module report"; fill the business name, decisions, verification, sources and pending actions. This browser builder exports the entire text, not an outline or shortened recap. For tables, preserve every row, column label, identifier, quantity, percentage and currency as clearly labeled records; include every required email in full. Keep all sources as complete URLs. Provide the complete report in sequential labeled parts when it exceeds a message limit, with an explicit end-of-report marker; help assemble every part before export. Do not invent generated media or replace a full deliverable with a checklist. For layouts needing formatted tables, charts or images, guide the learner to copy the complete report into their existing document editor and export as PDF, preserving every item. Do not claim to have performed that export. Guide the learner through opening the actual PDF and reviewing each page; record learner-confirmed review separately from your own inspection. Import the finished document on this module page if exported elsewhere. A local PDF does not verify an external account action. If browser JavaScript is unavailable, these plain-text instructions and the full report remain readable; use the document-editor export path and import later when browser storage is available. PDF export or inspection still pending must remain explicitly pending, not be called complete. ACCEPTANCE AND NEXT STEP Complete all required analysis, actual copy, plans, calculations and the reviewed final PDF. For unavailable live integrations, provide the exact supported manual path when known, evidence limitations, owner and next action; get the learner's explicit acceptance of permitted deferrals. Never invent APIs, funding, account access, verification or external success. Unsupported campaign activation or submission does not prevent finishing the substantive planning report, but must remain pending. A user-requested live implementation cannot be silently replaced by a plan. Keep creative assets and the customer-facing lead magnet separate from the internal report where applicable; obtain approval before publishing or sending. Before starting a new 90-day cycle or replacing a report, preserve the approved prior version. The module page keeps previous PDFs in this browser when replaced; download durable versioned copies with cycle ID/date to the learner's authorized storage, since browser storage is device-specific and may be cleared. Recover earlier outputs from authorized context or ask for the actual files; do not assume an attachment or local browser PDF is accessible to you. After the final catch-all, report review, PDF generation/export and page review, summarize verified outcomes, learner confirmations and accepted pending work. Ask for explicit completion confirmation before starting the next module or new cycle. DETAILED MODULE INSTRUCTIONS: Phase 1 · Advertising readiness Give paid traffic a clear job. Paid advertising buys distribution; it does not repair an unclear offer or prove demand. Start with your Module 01 positioning brief (https://randmar.io/playbook/storytelling-and-ideal-customer-profile-v2), Module 03 marketing materials (https://randmar.io/playbook/marketing-materials), Module 04 organic strategy (https://randmar.io/playbook/social-media-strategy) and Module 06 Content Cycle Report (https://randmar.io/playbook/content-loop). Reuse approved evidence and identify what is still a hypothesis. An earlier campaign or organic post can inform a test without guaranteeing that the same message will convert in paid media. Agree one business objective, priority audience, offer, geography, conversion destination and accountable owner. For a retailer, the outcome may be a purchase; for a service business, a qualified enquiry or booked appointment; for a manufacturer or sales agency, a distributor conversation or qualified opportunity. A Shopify store is optional. Verify that the actual destination works on mobile, presents accurate terms and supports the intended action. Ask for current prices, delivery costs, contribution economics, sales capacity, existing results and the amount the owner can afford to lose during learning. Finish with an explicit decision: ready for a bounded test, preparation needed, or defer advertising. A useful readiness plan is an honest result when paid acquisition is premature. Carry landing-page and offer improvements into Module 08. Phase 2 · Channel and campaign strategy Compare the channels that fit the business rather than opening accounts on every platform. Search campaigns can address expressed demand; social campaigns can test discovery and a persuasive demonstration; professional audiences may justify a B2B channel. Check actual geographic availability, account access, objectives, policies, formats and costs before recommending a platform. The eight platform guides at the beginning of this module are creative preparation resources, not evidence that every platform or advertising product is available to this learner. Campaign architecture Name each campaign, its business objective and conversion event; then define ad groups or ad sets, customer segments, geography/language, exclusions, prospecting or remarketing role, destination, creative IDs, owner and reporting window. Explain why this structure fits the available budget. Avoid excessive audience fragmentation that makes a small test unreadable. Audience evidence Separate the approved ICP, observed first-party signals and proposed targeting hypotheses. Use only permitted audience data and supported platform options. Confirm consent and platform restrictions before using customer lists or remarketing. Do not infer permission from an existing spreadsheet or connected account. Keep organic scheduling in Buffer separate from advertising activation. A verified Buffer connection or organic draft does not establish access to an ad account or its billing settings. Phase 3 · Creative and messaging Move from proven customer language to actual campaign assets: hooks, body copy, headlines, descriptions, CTA text, image briefs, video scripts and destination copy. Reuse authentic product references, approved brand story, media rights and verified claims. Show how each variation addresses a specific customer problem, objection or desired outcome. The earlier social reference describes Content Blocking: 6 hooks × 3 bodies × 3 CTAs = 54 possible combinations. Use this as a planning bank. Select coherent variations and a feasible test set; do not publish all combinations or mistake permutations for independent evidence. Founder stories, demonstrations, comparisons and permissioned customer content remain useful in both organic and paid work. For Meta, prepare native feed, carousel, Stories or Reels assets with a clear opening hook, useful demonstration, protected safe zones and one relevant action. Sensory prescriptions, fixed durations, red backgrounds and paid-media thresholds in source material are context-specific test ideas unless required by the selected SOP. Follow each platform guide’s explicit requirements and current policies. The full master and platform SOPs remain available through the existing strategy pages and their plain-text agent versions. Creative test matrix For every asset, record its ID, audience, hypothesis, hook, body, CTA, format, source/rights, destination, reviewer and approval state. Prepare the complete selected copy and scripts, not just prompts. If media generation is unavailable, name the missing asset and production owner; do not label a storyboard as a finished video. Phase 4 · Budget and tracking Agree currency, test duration, daily or lifetime limit, total maximum spend, production costs, stop-loss and review authority. Use actual contribution to set an affordable acquisition range. CAC = acquisition costs ÷ new customers acquired; record which costs and attribution window are included. ROAS = attributed advertising revenue ÷ ad spend describes attributed revenue efficiency, not profit. Zero conversions make observed CAC unavailable; missing data is not zero performance. For illustration only, $1,000 attributed revenue on $250 media spend gives 4× ROAS. Whether that is profitable depends on product or service delivery, discounts, shipping, payment fees, returns and other costs. Model conservative, base and stronger outcomes using declared assumptions; never promise a return or copy a source threshold as a universal gate. Confirm the actual analytics property, ad account, destination and timezone through supported access. Define event names and conversion value/currency; choose purchase, qualified enquiry, appointment or another relevant event. Set consistent campaign/content IDs and UTM naming without exposing personal information. Where applicable, inspect Pixel and server-side event mappings, event IDs and deduplication, consent behavior and diagnostic evidence. Record configuration inspected, events actually observed, attribution limitations and unverified checks separately. A configured tag does not prove an attributed conversion. Discover live integration capabilities before offering automated setup. Prepare a concrete launch package with the exact account, final assets, destination, timing and spending ceiling. Obtain explicit authorization before activation, spending or live edits. After any supported action, read back actual state and provider IDs. If only manual ad-manager setup is available, give exact steps and an owner; keep launch status pending until evidenced. Phase 5 · Optimization and learning Define a hypothesis, one main changed variable, baseline, observation period, primary metric, spend cap and keep/change/stop rule before each experiment. Review delivery, audience quality, creative response, destination conversion and contribution together. Avoid declaring a winner from a tiny sample or treating platform attribution as proven causality. Use Daily Hustle for the agreed review cadence. Keep a dated decision log with results, sample size, tracking gaps, owner and next action. Changes beyond existing authorization need review. Feed landing-page and basket findings into Module 08 — Storefront CRO & AOV Engineering (https://randmar.io/playbook/conversion-and-aov); feed useful creative learning back into the Content Loop. Your final campaign record Create the Paid Advertising Strategy & Campaign Execution Plan PDF with readiness decision, channel rationale, campaign structure, audience/exclusions, complete selected copy and creative recommendations, budget model, tracking checklist, experiment matrix, review cadence and actual launch status. Include sources, approvals, limitations and pending actions. Inspect every page and verify the download before importing it below. A saved PDF records the educational work; it does not certify that a campaign is live.
