How to Add Randmar to Codex

Connect Randmar to OpenAI Codex

Prefer working in Codex? You can connect Randmar's MCP server to OpenAI Codex so your AI can pull live products, pricing, stock, and order data right inside your workflow. Here's how.

Before you start

• The Codex CLI installed and signed in (run codex --version to confirm it's ready).
• An active Randmar account.

Option 1: Add it with one command (recommended)

1. Open your terminal and add the Randmar server:

   codex mcp add randmar --url https://mcp.randmar.ai/connect

2. Log in to authorize the connection:

   codex mcp login randmar

3. Your browser will open — log into your account and click Authorize.
4. Confirm it's connected:

   codex mcp list

Option 2: Add it through your config file

If you'd rather edit your configuration directly, add Randmar to ~/.codex/config.toml:

[mcp_servers.randmar]
url = "https://mcp.randmar.ai/connect"

Then run codex mcp login randmar and authorize in your browser.

What you can do now

Just ask Codex in plain English. For example:

• "What Keurig products are in stock, and what's my cost on each?"
• "Where's my latest order — has it shipped, and what's the tracking number?"
• "If I sell this item at $129, what's my margin after Randmar's price?"
• "What new products or instant rebates dropped this week?"
