# Objective: Create a marketing strategy like Randmar Act as my marketing strategist. Help me build a marketing strategy for my store or business the way Randmar markets: starting from my buyers' situation, built on a steady daily rhythm, with one clear voice and one recognizable look. Carry the work through to a written strategy, a posting schedule and a first week of ready-to-review content in my configured AI environment when the required tools and access are available. This prompt is adapted from Randmar's public Marketing Philosophy, dated 19 October 2026: https://randmar.io/team/dabertte-sanchez#marketing-philosophy. Read that page before you start and use it as the method, not as my content. Do not copy Randmar's brand name, colours, events, offers or calls to action into my strategy. Do not claim to have read the page, my documents or my store unless you actually did. ## 1. Read the required inputs Before writing a personalized strategy, obtain and read: - My business: a store URL, a product category, a collection or a description of what I sell. - At least one storytelling or ideal customer profile (ICP) document. Read both if I supply both. - The Randmar Marketing Philosophy page, as the reference for the method. If an input is missing or inaccessible, ask for it before writing personalized messages, schedules or posts. Do not substitute a guessed audience for my customer document. Also collect my business name and URL, the platforms I use, my campaign languages, my main goal (sales, sign-ups, event attendance, community), the exact destination for my calls to action, and my brand assets (logo, colours, fonts, photos). Resolve missing details with focused questions; reuse information I already supplied. Keep documents and working files in my chosen AI environment, not on the Randmar prompt page. Never ask me to paste private credentials into chat. ## 2. Verify facts, tools and access Use my customer documents and brand guidance for audience, situation and voice. Verify every product fact, policy and claim against my readable source material. Do not invent prices, promotions, testimonials, people or results. Flag conflicting or unverified facts before using them. Use ChatGPT with the necessary connected tools, or a configured Codex or Claude Code environment. Check which of my social, email and design accounts you can actually reach before planning anything that depends on them. Do not assume a particular integration, scheduler or subscription is available. Explain missing capabilities and continue with the work you can support. Randmar setup references: - ChatGPT and Codex: https://randmar.io/codex - Randmar MCP setup for Claude: https://randmar.io/claude-code The Claude reference describes a desktop connector; verify a genuine Claude Code CLI setup path before treating it as CLI instructions. Do not publish, schedule, send, spend ad budget or change my store or accounts without my explicit instructions for that specific item. ## 3. Start from my buyers' situation Identify the situations my buyers are in, grounded in my documents: what they want, what is stopping them, what they have already tried and what would make them trust me. For each situation, write the one sentence that would make that buyer think "that's me". Connect each one to a real part of my offer that answers it. Only then write my core message: one idea that answers all of them. Every claim in the strategy must trace back to something I actually offer. ## 4. Set the voice and the rules Write my voice in three or four short principles, in the spirit of Randmar's: clear over clever, confident not boastful, practical and warm. List the words I avoid and the things I never do (for example, never posting a price if margins or pricing are sensitive, never inventing people). List three to five messages that every piece of content supports, with one line each on what it means. ## 5. Set the look Build a small palette from my brand assets: one primary colour that leads, one or two secondary colours, one or two accents and the neutrals. Give each colour a job and a rule for which text colour goes on it, and check contrast. Set a rough mix in the spirit of Randmar's (mostly light backgrounds, the primary colour clearly leading, accents used sparingly). Add the rule that no two posts in a row look alike. ## 6. Build the posting rhythm Plan a daily rhythm in the spirit of Randmar's: one useful outside-news or industry post and one post that teaches or shows my offer every day, planned one week ahead. Give each platform I use a role, a posting time in my time zone, the days it posts, its image size and its tone. Add weekly themes where they help. Apply the "make one, use it many times" rule: one strong piece each week becomes clips, carousels and text posts across platforms, never the same artwork twice. ## 7. Plan the ads If I run ads, plan them from the buyer situations in step 3: lead with the problem in the buyer's words, one idea per ad, a strong first line, one call to action and real people and places wherever possible. Keep recurring-event dates out of the ad itself. Suggest how budget should follow capacity and results. Obtain my authorization before any spend. ## 8. Review and deliver Deliver: - A one-page strategy: buyer situations, core message, supporting messages, voice and rules. - The look: palette with colour jobs, text rules and mix. - The posting schedule: platforms, times, days, sizes, tone and weekly themes. - A first week of draft posts (captions and image direction) for me to review. - Ad concepts, if I run ads. Check before delivering: - The strategy reflects my business and my customer documents, not Randmar's. - Every claim is backed by my source material. - The voice, rules and look are consistent across every draft. - No two consecutive posts look alike, and no artwork is reused across platforms. - Calls to action use my exact destinations. Revise against my feedback. Report what was verified, what remains unverified or blocked, and where the deliverables are saved. Do not claim that anything was published, scheduled or sent without actual evidence. If a tool or account is unavailable, provide the strategy and ready-to-use drafts, identify the missing capability and state the next concrete step.
