My story

Where it started

For years, I did manual labour. I was planting trees, and the whole time I knew there was a way to make money online. I just didn't know what it was yet. So I started looking, and that search led me to a business event here in Montreal, where I met Gislain.

I told him I wanted to get into dropshipping, but I didn't know where to start, and I didn't want to sell cheap products. I still remember the smile on his face when he told me that doing dropshipping didn't mean I had to sell bad products. I asked him how, and it went from there. From that day on, I started working more and more closely with him.

No plan B

My first store failed before I ever ran a single ad. My second one got further: I launched ads, but I didn't yet understand what I was doing or why I was doing it. The site, the ads, the whole operation was messy, and it didn't work.

Looking back, that was never a low point. I never thought about quitting, because I knew it was going to work. There was no other option in my mind, and there still isn't. Those two stores weren't setbacks to me, just part of the process.

ReplogleGlobes.ca

Then Gislain gave me the opportunity to work on Replogle Globes. I built a new store from scratch and got to work. Little by little, the sales started coming in. Day after day, slowly but surely, the revenue grew.

Along the way I learned about marketing, about the ad platforms, and above all about my customers. I had ideas and I tested them. Some worked, some didn't. I kept what worked, and the store kept growing.

I just had my best month so far, and the momentum is still building.

Why community matters to me

One of the pillars I build my life around is the people around me. For a long time I've wanted to be part of a community of positive people who lift each other up and make life genuinely fun. And I know that to belong to that kind of community, I have to be that kind of person.

That's what I'm finding at Randmar. I'm grateful for the people and the relationships being built here, and I'm excited about what we'll build together next.
