Start with an AI assistant. Finish with a polished, working English and French Shopify storefront.
How the Workbook works
One module at a time- 01Open a module
Complete AI setup in Module 01. From Module 02 onward, read the goal and copy its AI instructions.
- 02Work with AI
Paste the instructions into ChatGPT or your chosen supported assistant. It begins guiding the exercise.
- 03Review and approve
Check proposed work. Account connections and consequential store changes need your explicit approval.
- 04Finish and download
For Modules 02–06, create the module PDF after work and verification. Keep it privately, review it and explicitly confirm completion before continuing.
The copied instructions include the module link and the task to perform. They do not grant access to Shopify or Randmar. Connect accounts separately if you want the AI to perform supported actions. Record anything it cannot verify as pending or deferred.
Module 06 uses a real website reference to guide your store's original design. Required storefront implementation, visual approval, working customer journeys and complete EN/FR translations must all pass before completion; missing work or verification cannot be accepted as a deferral. Public launch and publication are separate decisions. This guide stores learner confirmations and reports locally; it does not inspect or certify Shopify.
After you approve the final Module 02 Brand & Architecture Brief, its instructions authorize your assistant to generate BrandGuidelines.randmar.md and upload both the PDF and Markdown to your verified Randmar Partner Attachments. It checks for verified identical versions, preserves existing documents, and verifies each durable attachment and its content. Missing connection, identity or supported operations keeps the affected synchronization pending for recovery on supported events. Module 04 also requires separate Markdown registration with the verified linked Shopify store. Shopify is not required for Partner uploads; verification limitations are reported.
Ready for the workshop
Codex or Claude Code · laptop recommendedBegin with an approved brand and a saved, inspectable Shopify draft. Final Workbook completion follows only after the required products, emails, English/French review and customer-journey tests pass. The workshop does not guarantee account approval, instant integrations or a launch-ready store in one session.
- Choose one assistant and check its capabilities. Use the same project/chat for this business. Keep your supplied assets and downloaded reports together.
- No brand name or Shopify store yet? Module 02 helps you choose a name and visual direction; Module 03 guides supported new-store setup. Existing merchants keep their intended store.
- Before email implementation: verify the store’s platform eligibility, Messaging/Flow access and app permissions. Before final completion: arrange EN/FR review, actual previews, support receipt and separately authorized commerce tests.
- Randmar account approval or linking may need time. Continue brand work and independent research while pending. Get help through Randmar support for a demonstrated account dependency; no duplicate account or credit change is required just to advance a checklist.
- For a new Codex or Claude Code chat, attach the relevant prior PDFs, Resume context and actual approved source artifacts. Keep briefs, costs, account records and private previews out of public group posts.
