But after launching ÉVORA Collections, I quickly realized that building a store is only the beginning.

Every day brings something new to learn, whether it’s improving product pages, understanding customer behaviour, testing advertising campaigns or figuring out why visitors aren’t converting into customers.

One of my biggest lessons has been that having a good product doesn’t automatically mean people will buy it. Customers need to understand its value, trust the store and have a smooth shopping experience.

Learning Through Real Experience

Working on ÉVORA has given me the opportunity to explore different aspects of running an online business.

I’ve worked on product selection, pricing strategies, website design, SEO, advertising and automation. Some ideas worked better than expected, while others required several changes before I started seeing improvements.

For example, I learned how important even small website details can be. A confusing button, an inconvenient mobile layout or missing product information can make a difference in whether someone completes a purchase.

I’ve also started using AI tools to make certain processes more efficient, from improving website functionality and creating content to analyzing performance and identifying opportunities.

The Value of the Randmar Community

One of the most valuable parts of this experience has been being involved with Randmar.

Having access to people who understand e-commerce, share their experiences and are willing to help has made the learning process much more practical.

Instead of trying to figure out every challenge alone, I can ask questions, exchange ideas and learn from people who have already faced similar situations.

Being part of this community has helped me develop not only my store, but also my skills and confidence in making business decisions.

What I’m Focusing on Next

Right now, my priority is turning everything I’ve learned into more consistent results.

I’m continuing to improve ÉVORA’s customer experience, refine product selection, experiment with advertising strategies and use data to make better decisions.

I’m also learning more about AI and automation, including how these technologies can support both marketing and daily business operations.

My biggest takeaway so far is that building an online store isn’t a one-time project. It’s a continuous process of testing, learning and improving.

ÉVORA is still growing, and I know there is a lot more to learn. But looking back at where I started, I can already see how much practical experience this journey has given me.

And that’s what makes it exciting — every challenge is another opportunity to improve.
