Once you place your fist orders, this is what you will see on the Details page.
Order Details Grid
This grid shows all your items on order and their status. You can also see the ship to name, order number, PO number, manufacturer part number MPN, order date, location, quantity, unit price and details button.
- Ship To Name 🏠 Name of the location where the item will be shipped. Clicking on the name will take you to the
Customerpage. - Order Number 📜 Document that provides all the history of the order. Clicking on the document number will take you to the
General Documentpage. - PO Number 📝 Purchase order number, often your
ERP's reference number. Clicking on the number will take you to theGeneral Documentpage. - MPN #️⃣ Manufacturer's part number. Clicking on the item will take you to the
Productpage. - Order Date 📅 Date the order was placed.
- Location 📍 Randmar warehouse from where the item is shipping out.
- Quantity 🔢 Number of items on order.
- Unit Price 💲 Price per item.
- Details 📄 Clicking on the details button will show you inventory across all Randmar warehouses, general product information, all open orders for the item and opportunities available.

The color of the row indicates the status of the item on order.
- Blue 🔵 the item on order will ship today (or has been entered today).
- Green 🟢 the item has been assigned a tracking number and will be shipping out today.
- Yellow 🟡 the item is out of stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available.
Order Details Metrics
All the metrics are real-time and will update as soon as the status changes. The unit is per product.

- Processing ⚙️ the item on order will ship today (or has been entered today).
- Shipped 📦 the item has been assigned a tracking number and will be shipping out today.
- Delayed 🕒 the item is out of stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available.
