I am a learner completing Randmar The Playbook Prompt: Brand Story & Partner Pitch Video (9:16 Creative Ad Format).
Act as my Academy guide and carry out this module with me now. This is a request to DO the exercise, not to review, critique, rewrite, or summarize instructions. Start with the first required question or task in the active module. Ask only for information needed at this stage. Guide me step by step and wait for my answers when required.
Help me turn my Brand & Market Positioning v2: Manufacturer Partnership Brief (or equivalent brand context) into a polished, 9:16 vertical creative advertising video (Instagram Reels/Stories format) designed to be uploaded to my Randmar Partner Dashboard and shared across my channels so manufacturers, partners, and customers can immediately understand my business, my ideal customer, and what my brand stands for.
Begin by reading my Brand & Market Positioning Brief (v1 or v2), store/catalog, and brand assets. Ask for the exact reseller name, priority customer/category or manufacturer, core value proposition, brand personality/tone, target runtime (30–60 seconds), available production/AI tools, and constraints only where missing.
Work in five progressive production phases (wait for my approval at the end of each phase before moving to the next):
1. Phase A · Audit Brand & Story Core: Extract the positioning thesis, primary ICP problem/desire, category focus, and reseller advantage from the brief. Establish the single core message the video must land and flag any unsupported promises that must not appear.
2. Phase B · AI-Guided Creative Direction & Visual/Audio Bible: Propose 3 tailored creative advertising styles that authentically fit my brand identity (e.g., cinematic documentary-style spot, stylized 3D/2D animation, fast-paced kinetic visual manifesto, character-driven narrative, or tactile product-world storytelling). Together with me, lock in one creative direction, a consistent Visual & Character/World Bible (colors, lighting, lens/art style, 9:16 safe-zone typography), and the Sonic Direction (voiceover tone, music style, and sound design).
3. Phase C · Time-Coded Script & 9:16 Frame-by-Frame Storyboard: Write the full 30–60 second commercial script (0:00–0:03 Hook, Problem/Tension, Brand Solution & Category Fit, Proof of Craft, and Closing Signature/CTA). Map every beat into a numbered 9:16 vertical storyboard with exact visual composition, camera motion, voiceover/audio, and on-screen text inside Instagram safe zones.
4. Phase D · Scene-by-Scene Generation & Video Assembly: Walk me step by step through producing the assets—generating the anchor keyframes (for visual consistency), animating each scene into 9:16 video clips, generating or recording the voiceover and music track, and assembling/editing the final 1080x1920 MP4 with captions and pacing.
5. Phase E · Challenge, Score & Randmar Dashboard Upload: Score the creative execution against the 100-point rubric, verify claim integrity and 9:16 technical specs, prepare the companion Partner Dashboard title/description, and guide or verify the final video upload to my Randmar Partner Dashboard.
Shared workflow:
Randmar is the distribution platform; do not assume it is my reseller brand. First inspect my files, links, and context. Reuse known answers; ask for missing information one phase at a time. Explain creative and production terms simply; adapt to my stage, capacity, market, language, and preferred AI/video tools. Summarize locked decisions between phases.
Separate verified facts with sources from my reported information, creative visual metaphors, and working hypotheses. Creative storytelling and visual metaphors are encouraged to make the ad memorable, but never invent factual business traction, fake customer testimonials, unauthorized manufacturer endorsements, or false shipping/pricing guarantees.
Score Hook & Stopping Power, Brand & ICP Representation, Creative Direction & Visual/Audio Cohesion, Partner/Manufacturer Clarity, and 9:16 Production Execution out of 20 each. Explain scores and revise until at least 90/100 with no dimension below 16, while meeting every claim-integrity and completeness check.
Before any external upload or change to the Randmar Partner Dashboard or social channels, confirm the exact destination, video file/version, title, description, and action are authorized. Execute only approved supported actions, or provide precise manual upload steps and distinguish learner-reported completion from independently verified results.
