Phase 1 · Create something worth subscribing for
A lead magnet helps a specific customer make a useful decision. Begin with the Module 01 ICP, Module 03 brand story, Module 06 content, Module 07 traffic plan and Module 08 offers. Reuse approved material and previously answered questions. Ask only for missing audience, goal, platform, consent evidence and capacity.
Choose a buyer guide, checklist, compatibility matrix, educational resource or B2B qualification guide that solves a real customer problem. Write the complete resource, including examples, source links, limitations and a relevant next action. A title and outline alone are not the lead magnet. For a service business, a preparation checklist or decision guide can support a qualified enquiry; for a manufacturer or sales agency, a partner-readiness resource can support relationship development. A store or website is optional.
Use the customer’s own questions and verified product or service facts. A printer-and-consumable buyer matrix is useful only when its compatibility and claims are checked. Preserve the approved brand voice without inventing expertise, reviews or guarantees.
Phase 2 · Design the capture and delivery path
Prepare actual landing-page headline, benefit copy, form labels, CTA, delivery message and thank-you state. Ask only for fields needed for delivery and agreed qualification. Record where data goes, its purpose, access, retention approach and suppression handling. Keep consent and requested resource delivery distinct where appropriate; do not assume downloading a guide authorizes every future marketing channel.
Optional exit-intent and eight-second timed pop-ups are source test ideas. Assess device support, accessibility, customer interruption and frequency controls before choosing a trigger. The source’s 5% opt-in rate is a planning hypothesis, not an acceptance gate or promised result. Define opt-in rate as valid new opt-ins divided by eligible form exposures over the same period, and report repeat visitors, bots, small samples and attribution gaps.
Use current official requirements for the learner’s audience and jurisdiction at execution, including applicable CASL or GDPR consent and data handling. Record the consent source, timestamp, scope and evidence; include clear sender identity, contact information and unsubscribe behavior where required. A checked form control alone does not prove compliance. Optional SMS needs its own verified consent and confirmation path; the handoff’s double-opt-in wording is a reference to validate with the actual provider and market.
Without a website, use an appropriate supported hosted form, native destination or reviewed manual resource-delivery path. Keep unavailable capture automation pending with an owner rather than forcing a new store.
Phase 3 · Write the complete ten-email deck
Every email needs a selected subject line, preview text, complete body, one primary CTA with a real destination, sender, personalization fields with safe defaults, trigger, delay, segment, exclusions and exit condition. Validate template syntax against the actual provider; Liquid tags are not universal across Klaviyo, Shopify Email, HubSpot and Omnisend. Preview every selected message with representative data.
- W1 · Deliver and orient: deliver the promised resource, explain its use and set expectations.
- W2 · Teach and build trust: use the approved Module 03 brand story and a useful example relevant to the ICP.
- W3 · Help the next decision: answer an objection and invite a suitable purchase, enquiry, meeting or partner conversation.
- A1 · Resume: help a customer recover a cart/checkout or resume an unfinished enquiry, without assuming why they stopped.
- A2 · Resolve friction: address a real compatibility, scope, support or delivery question.
- A3 · Offer a final useful path: present a suitable Module 08 offer or assistance. Use only approved incentives and real availability; no invented urgency.
- R1 · Support use and replenishment: provide post-purchase guidance and a verified consumable recommendation or service follow-up.
- R2 · Check the next need: offer a timely replenishment, maintenance, onboarding or post-engagement check based on relevant evidence.
- B1 · Reconnect: ask whether the customer’s needs have changed and provide a useful reason to return.
- B2 · Offer a choice: propose a relevant next action or preference update and respect disengagement and suppression.
Adapt the three recovery emails to qualified enquiry or appointment follow-up for services and B2B. Keep post-purchase/onboarding guidance in the plan; do not duplicate or alter transactional order messages merely to fill a marketing slot. Label transactional and marketing purposes separately. Ten written messages do not imply ten authorized sends.
Build the automation map
For each sequence, specify the event or segment that admits someone, delay/timezone, conditions, consent and suppression rules, purchases or replies that exit the sequence, frequency limits, owner and success signal. Confirm actual provider events such as Placed Order or Started Checkout through supported access rather than assuming those exact names exist everywhere. Prevent recovery emails after purchase and conflicting win-back or replenishment sequences.
Phase 4 · Map replenishment and lifetime value
Create a hardware-to-consumable trigger matrix: parent SKU, exact compatible consumable SKU, manufacturer source, yield or usage basis, stock/pricing check date, proposed interval, recommendation message, exclusions and verification state. The handoff suggests Day 30, Day 60 and Day 90; those are hypotheses to adjust for real usage and purchase history. A page yield does not establish an exact depletion date.
No dedicated consumable-lifecycle endpoint was confirmed in the inspected Randmar catalog. Use documented product reads and official compatibility evidence where available, or request the missing evidence. For service or B2B relationships, map an appropriate follow-up milestone, renewal or maintenance need instead of inventing a consumable.
CAC = acquisition costs ÷ newly acquired customers. Define the included costs and cohort. Repeat purchase rate = customers with repeat purchases ÷ customers in the defined eligible cohort. Use a consistent observation window. Separate observed 12-month customer revenue from modeled lifetime revenue and contribution CLV; include product/service delivery, fulfillment, retention and other relevant costs in contribution estimates.
Build a transparent 12-month model using AOV, expected order frequency, retention, costs and CAC, with a conservative case and declared uncertainty. The source’s 3:1 CLV-to-CAC ratio is a planning benchmark, not a guarantee. State whether CLV means revenue or contribution before calculating the ratio. Retention and email have costs; do not promise “zero additional CAC” or free repeat revenue. If CAC is zero, unknown or based on no acquired customers, explain why the ratio cannot be meaningfully computed.
Phase 5 · Verify the setup you actually have
Discover available tools, account identity, permissions and provider capabilities before offering automated actions. Klaviyo, Shopify Email, HubSpot and Omnisend are possible platforms, not integrations automatically connected by this website. Keep credentials out of prompts, PDFs, browser storage and logs.
- Authentication and deliverability: inspect actual SPF, DKIM and DMARC evidence and the provider’s domain-verification state, with source and date. DNS configuration does not guarantee inbox placement. Unavailable DNS access remains unverified.
- Consent and suppression: verify the intended opt-in path, unsubscribe behavior, segmentation, recipient exclusions and the provider’s actual enforcement. Confirm current official legal and provider requirements.
- Capture and events: inspect form destination, lead-magnet delivery, event payload mapping, timing, deduplication where relevant and sequence exit logic.
- Saved implementation: reopen actual saved messages and flows; verify content, destinations, personalization defaults and desktop/mobile previews where supported.
- Activation and runtime: keep drafts inactive until explicit authorization for the exact external campaign activation. Authorize test sends separately. Record saved inactive, verified live and observed execution as different states.
The handoff’s proposed randmar.catalog.getConsumables, randmar.clv.simulateRatio, randmar.crm.verifyDnsAndFlows and randmar.playbook.saveArtifact were not confirmed. Do not report a simulated verification result or four live flows without actual evidence. Where setup is unavailable, finish the substantive copy and plan and document exact pending steps, affected behavior and owners.
Finish your lifecycle playbook
Create the Email Lifecycle Playbook & Lead Capture Setup Record PDF with the complete lead magnet, form/landing-page and optional pop-up copy, all ten full emails, automation and compatibility matrices, segmentation, lifecycle metrics, 12-month model, consent/deliverability evidence, approved implementation state and pending setup. Include post-purchase guidance and any SMS scope without making SMS mandatory. Review, inspect every page and verify the download before importing it below.
Bring real lead-generation and retention evidence into Module 10 — Manufacturer Opportunities & MDF Scaling. A generated or saved PDF does not establish that an external campaign is active.
