Phase 1 · Build an honest execution scorecard
The final module connects your marketing work to a credible commercial partnership proposal. Recover approved outputs from Modules 01–09, current Partner profile information and your Daily Hustle logs. Use dated evidence rather than replacing missing results with optimistic projections. A new business can present research, completed assets and a validation plan while clearly stating that performance evidence is limited.
- 01 · Positioning: approved Manufacturer Partnership Brief, ICP, differentiation and partnership thesis.
- 02 · Calendar: editorial priorities, planned versus completed work and capacity.
- 03 · Materials: actual approved marketing assets, source rights and readiness.
- 04 · Organic social: selected channels, verified setup and meaningful audience results.
- 05 · Daily Hustle: dated activity, execution consistency, decisions and unresolved blockers.
- 06 · Content Loop: publication evidence, cycle reports, audit results and publishing velocity.
- 07 · Advertising: actual campaign state, spend, attributed results, CAC/ROAS definitions and limitations.
- 08 · Conversion and offers: observed conversion, AOV, contribution, implemented bundles and proposed improvements.
- 09 · Lifecycle: lead capture, consent evidence, email state, repeat business and observed versus modeled CLV:CAC.
For every module, record artifact version/link, review/approval, educational status, local PDF status, verified Partner Attachment if any, actual external actions, source period, verification date and owner. Imported documents are learner-provided evidence. Neither a page visit, a file hash nor a local PDF proves external execution or funding eligibility. Do not claim cryptographic timestamps unless a real trusted service produced them.
Build a brand-specific channel and SKU traction report with impressions, clicks, qualified enquiries, conversion and repeat-purchase signals where available. State denominators, attribution windows, sample size and source gaps. For services, agencies or businesses without manufacturer relationships, use real commercial partners and relevant pipeline measures. Do not invent a manufacturer relationship to satisfy the format.
Phase 2 · Match the business to documented opportunities
Review the existing Handbook: building opportunities, qualification programs and joint launches explain the manufacturer side of the relationship. A lesson describes a workflow; it is not proof that a particular program or MDF allocation is open today.
Compare target manufacturers, products and markets with current written eligibility, qualification requirements, geography, program dates, eligible activities, evidence requirements, funding limits, claim deadlines and approval authority. Market Development Funds (MDF) and cooperative marketing can support an agreed campaign, but availability, reimbursement and approval depend on the actual program.
Use supported Randmar reads where authorized. The documented GET /V4/Reseller/{routeResellerId}/Opportunities lists bids and special pricing. The detail route GET /V4/Reseller/{routeResellerId}/Opportunity/{manufacturerId}/{bidNumber} provides one specific bid. These contracts do not establish a searchable pool of MDF budgets or automatic marketing qualification. Match returned manufacturer IDs, SKUs, dates and conditions; verify any funding separately with current official program evidence.
Manufacturer-side qualification operations require the appropriate role and target identity; a reseller must not assume permission to grant its own qualification. Preserve private Partner information and use approved public profile fields or authorized evidence in the proposal. No program match should imply acceptance.
Opportunity evaluation record
Manufacturer/program, official source and check date, eligibility, business alignment, required evidence, published funding/terms, gaps, decision and next action. If no active program is verified, prepare an exploratory partnership proposal labeled accordingly. Never invent rebates, open funding pools or an available budget.
Phase 3 · Prepare the manufacturer-facing pitch
Draft the actual proposal: partnership objective, ICP and market fit, manufacturer/product alignment, measured execution, proposed campaign, channel and creative plan, deliverables, responsible owners, dates, requested MDF amount, partner contribution and measurement framework. Link the relevant approved assets rather than dumping private operating records into the pitch.
Provide a line-item budget separating media, production, labor and other eligible or unconfirmed costs. Explain who pays first, any preapproval or reimbursement dependency, proof-of-performance requirements, reporting cadence and claim deadline. Distinguish requested, approved, committed and received funds. A saved proposal is not a submitted or accepted application.
The source illustrates a +3%–5% backend rebate. Use it only as an explicitly unconfirmed scenario if relevant; it is not a published offer or guaranteed margin improvement. Check the actual program’s treatment of discounts, rebates, taxes, claims and timing before using them in economics.
Model the proposal without promising the outcome.
Reuse an existing supported simulator or documented learner export where available. Show assumptions for traffic, conversion, AOV or deal value, repeat business, product/service costs, shipping, media, retention and proposed co-funding. Compare with-funding and no-funding contribution, cash-flow exposure and a workable fallback if the request is declined.
If no verified simulator is available, create labeled low/base/high scenarios with transparent formulas and sensitivity to the most uncertain inputs. P10, P50 and P90 describe percentiles from an actual documented probability model; do not rename three guesses as Monte Carlo results. Record the model version, distributions, dependencies, sample method and limitations when a real simulation is used. Revenue, margin and unit volumes are projections, never guarantees.
Phase 4 · Review and submit only when authorized
Present the complete pitch and dossier for review, including the exact recipient or portal, final version, requested amount, attachments, terms and intended action. Obtain explicit authorization before any external submission, message or upload. Inspect the current supported integration contract before using it; account access does not authorize a submission.
The handoff’s proposed randmar.playbook.getExecutionScorecard, randmar.playbook.getScorecard, randmar.handbook.listActiveOpportunities, randmar.handbook.matchPrograms, randmar.simulator.getMonteCarlo and randmar.opportunities.submitPitch were not confirmed in the inspected catalog. Do not simulate those calls, fabricated artifact hashes, portal acceptance or automatic Cycle 2 unlocking. When submission is unsupported, keep a complete reviewable proposal and give the verified manual path, owner and pending status.
For an actual supported submission, read back the provider result and record the real identifier, timestamp, destination and state. A successful upload is separate from application submission, manufacturer approval and payment. Reconcile uncertain outcomes before retrying to avoid duplicates.
Phase 5 · Plan the next 90 days
Review what worked, what remains uncertain and what the business can sustain. Update goals, ICP assumptions, manufacturer or partner priorities, SKU/offer focus, creative hypotheses and operating capacity. Set owners and 30-, 60- and 90-day review points for the next calendar, Content Loop, advertising, conversion and retention experiments.
Preserve this cycle’s evidence and approved artifacts as a versioned history. The next cycle refines the existing foundation rather than erasing prior results. Bring the reviewed priorities back to Module 01 — Storytelling & Ideal Customer Profile v2 after explicitly confirming completion of this module.
