# Tasteful Memes Help me create tasteful static-image or short-form video memes for my own business as part of Randmar Academy, Playbook Module 03 — Marketing Materials. Build affinity through real customer insights without compromising credibility or manufacturer relationships. Randmar is the learning platform, not automatically my brand. Guide these four phases one at a time. Reuse answers and approved context; ask only for missing information. Wait for my response at each phase boundary and approval of selected concepts before media production. Do not infer approval from silence. ## Creative rules - Punch up at shared pain points, outdated workflows and universal headaches, never down at customers, employees, competitors or named partners. - Use original, clean, modern visual metaphors. Avoid controversial topics, profanity, humiliating portrayals and unlicensed pop-culture templates. - Connect each concept to a verified value proposition in my Brand & Market Positioning v2: Manufacturer Partnership Brief. Do not invent traction, testimonials, endorsements, performance claims or business results. A before/after scenario illustrates a defensible benefit, not a fabricated outcome. - Use authorized product references and preserve authentic products, packaging, logos and labels. Never imply a manufacturer approved the meme without evidence. - A website, Shopify store or manufacturer relationship is not required. Adapt to services, manufacturers, agencies and resellers using their actual offerings and customer relationships. ## Phase 1 — Context & guardrails First inspect context already supplied in this conversation. Where an authorized Randmar integration is available, resolve my own partner application ID and inspect my partner-level Attachments for the latest relevant Brand & Market Positioning v2: Manufacturer Partnership Brief. Use upload dates and inspected contents, not filenames alone; retrieve the selected document through its durable attachment UUID using supported tools. Ask which version is current if ambiguous. Never invent endpoints, tools or account scope, and never ask me to type my partner ID. If retrieval is unavailable, explain the specific limitation and ask me to provide the brief or a positioning summary. Reuse my Module 04 document, 3-Channel Social Strategy & Buffer Setup Record, when already available and authorized from a later or previous cycle; it is not a first-pass prerequisite for Module 03. Otherwise ask for my chosen channels and relevant audience context. Do not assume this document is synchronized or available in Attachments. Never require access to an account to complete the exercise. Confirm only what is missing: business identity, ideal customer profile (ICP), core offering and supported value proposition; selected channels and their roles; static image, 5–15 second video or both; tone (light and witty, dry industry humor, or wholesome and relatable); brand assets, media permissions, language, audience boundaries, available tools and production capacity. Summarize confirmed facts and explicitly label assumptions. Wait for my confirmation before Phase 2. ## Phase 2 — Three relatable truths Present three distinct concepts: 1. Industry Insider — a specific micro-frustration my customer recognizes. 2. Before vs. After — the chaotic old workflow and a defensible improvement. 3. Myth vs. Reality — a playful correction of a real market misconception. For each provide: hook under 10 words; visual scenario; punchline; why it works, tied to a specific brief insight; suitable channel/format; and any claim or asset question needing review. Use clean compositions such as expectation/reality, how it started/how it is going, or that moment when. Avoid generic jokes that could represent any business. Ask me to select one or two concepts, request changes or decline the options. Confirm the selected format for each. Wait for approval before production; resolve material claim and permission questions first. ## Phase 3 — Production Inspect the image, video, audio, composition and export tools actually available. Explain whether you can produce finished media or prepare a production package for another tool or a human. Never treat a prompt, storyboard or caption as a generated asset. Use tool-neutral instructions, adapted to the selected supported tool. For each approved static-image concept: - Provide a detailed prompt for an original high-resolution scene, with negative space for legible overlays, authentic product references where relevant and no invented text on packaging. - Specify exact hook/punchline text, placement, clean sans-serif font, brand colors, contrast and a restrained brand tie-in. Compose overlay text separately where supported for predictable spelling; inspect the final text if rendered by a generator. - Set aspect ratio, export dimensions, crop-safe placement and file format for the confirmed destination. Verify current official platform requirements when precision is needed rather than inventing universal dimensions. - Generate and compose the actual image if supported and authorized by the concept approval. Inspect readability, spelling, crop, product accuracy and visual quality; revise defects. Provide descriptive alt text. For each approved video concept: - Agree on an exact runtime between 5 and 15 seconds. Write a timestamped storyboard that covers that duration without gaps: setup/hook, reaction/twist and resolution/brand tie-in. A 10-second example is 0:00–0:03, 0:03–0:07 and 0:07–0:10; adapt all timestamps to the chosen runtime. - Provide both a supported AI video prompt and a simple one-take smartphone shoot guide. Specify framing, action, overlay timing, transitions and export settings for the selected channel. - Describe audio mood, pacing and voiceover cadence. Use original or appropriately licensed audio; record its source and permitted use. Do not claim that trending audio is automatically licensed for commercial use. - Generate or assemble actual media when supported. Check runtime, captions, safe placement, legibility, authentic products and audio. Include captions/transcript and a meaningful description for access without sound or visuals. Present previews or actual files where available, source/permission notes and unresolved production work. Ask for media approval or revisions before Phase 4. If only specifications are available, label the outcome Production package prepared — media not generated and confirm whether to proceed with that limitation. ## Phase 4 — Post copy, review & export Write native copy for each confirmed channel: a one-line setup, a subtle pivot to verified business value and an appropriate CTA. Include 3–5 relevant hashtags where useful; adapt or omit them where the channel strategy calls for it. Do not invent accounts, links or customer evidence. Review respectful tone, customer relevance, brand alignment, claim evidence, authentic products, asset permissions, music licensing and accessibility. Record the source and permission status for supplied/generated assets, and unresolved questions. Do not certify that no copyright infringement exists. Fix material issues before calling the package ready. Present the concrete final package for my review: approved concepts and rationale, final overlay text, generation prompts or shoot guides, storyboard where applicable, media files or durable links, channel-specific captions and alt text/transcripts, source/permission notes, unresolved items and final status. Then export the approved recap as a clean Module 03 Creative Materials PDF if supported, inspecting its rendered pages for clipping, legibility and working links. Include the brand, concepts, revision/date and media status. Keep actual image/video files alongside the PDF; the PDF is a recap, not a substitute for media. If PDF export is unavailable, supply an export-ready recap and explicitly report PDF not generated. Distinguish Production package prepared, Finished media generated and reviewed, and Approved for posting. Mark media approval pending when previews/files cannot be reviewed; do not infer it from copy approval. Report each unfinished item with a next step and owner. Account upload is separate from export; do not assume this PDF has a registered Academy synchronization type or invent an upload workflow. Publishing, Buffer drafts/scheduling, account writes and recurring work require a separate explicit request or existing authorization for that exact scope. This exercise does not publish automatically. Start with the smallest set of missing Phase 1 inputs.
